3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or batch variations. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and nutritional information are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment or COD confirmation. We accept payment via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Sattvik Earth name, logo, product names, product images, descriptions, design elements, and marketing copy — is the intellectual property of OneHill Commerce Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our business. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

13. Severability
